Guardian Peak Shiraz 750ml

Approachable Shiraz with vibrant red fruit, showing redcurrant, cherries, and sandalwood. Integrated, dry tannins balanced by a tangy acidity allow the bright fruit to shine on the palate, with hints of rosemary and lavender adding perfume and interest.
This Shiraz was vinified in a combination of open & closed top stainless-steel fermenters to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation the wine was tranferred to seasoned French Oak barrels for further maturation.
