Redbreast 15yr Single Pot Still 750ml

Aromas of fruit compote, cinnamon and clove. Good clean streak running through it, but the rich spiciness dominates. A touch drier than expected, with austere peppery spice making its presence felt, but sweetened up with spicy oak and fresh apple and mango. Has a dry, peppery and spicy finish.
