Ann Faure White Blend by Craven

This blend highlights Chenin Blanc as the star of the show, sourced from two coastal sites: decomposed granite soils in the Polkadraai Hills (planted 2005) and sandy granitic soils in Firgrove (planted 1978). A small portion of Viognier from Polkadraai Hills adds texture and depth. Each component was fermented separately in concrete, stainless steel, and 500L barrels, then aged for 9 months before bottling.
