WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

• Credit or debit cards (no American express or Diners Cards).
• Upon delivery to customers in the Cape Town CBD, we can provide you with a card machine for payment.
• EFT: We bank with FNB & funds will need to clear before we can deliver your drinks (this can take up to 3 days).
• Snapscan: Just download the app & enter your details to get started.

STOCK

STOCK ON HAND?

• With 1000s of items to handle, we try to keep the most accurate records of our stock as possible. If we don’t have stock of one of your selections, we will contact you, and either offer you a full refund, or credit to use to purchase another one of our products!

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC (THAT WE DON’T HAVE LISTED)?

DO WE TAKE STOCK BACK / RETURNS?

Not when:

• The product was not to your liking.
• Product has been damaged or opened after delivery.

Yes, when:

• This is discussed with us prior to ordering the stock. Unless you bring the stock back to the store, there will be a handling fee.
• There was an error with your order & you find that you’ve received the wrong items. Item must still be sealed and not damage, and you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. 

BUYING A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?

• On checkout, request that we wrap the gift for you!
• If you would like to add a card, please add it to your order with the message you would like on the card. 

WANTING A SPECIFIC VINTAGE WINE?

• Please contact us prior to placing the order so we can confirm which year(s) we have in stock.

ARE PRODUCT IMAGES ACCURATE?

• We try keep product images as up-to-date as possible, but with vintage wines this can be slightly more challenging. Please contact us capetown@barkeeper.co.za or call 021 422 1024 to double check first, so we can make sure you’ll be left smiling when your drinks arrive!

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

QUICK DELIVERIES

Approximately 1 hour delivery time. Quick deliveries incur a R40 Delivery Fee, only applicable to the following areas :

• Cape Town CBD
• Woodstock
• Waterfront
• Greenpoint
• Sea Point
• Fresnaye
• Clifton
• Camps Bay

HOW LONG SHOULD MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

For Cape Town CBD & surrounding areas (please see our list above) we try to deliver as soon as we possibly, we aim to have your drinks with you within an hour.

• Northern and Southern Suburb deliveries take 1 – 2 working days and cost R70.
• For national deliveries, it will usually take 3 – 4 working days for your drinks to arrive with a delivery fee of R140.
• **Delivery Surcharge:  Due to the weight of larger orders, we may add a surcharge onto national courier orders.  Please note that we will let you know prior to your order being dispatched.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

• For national deliveries, you will receive a tracking number.
• For orders from customers based in the Cape Town CBD and surrounding areas – we will contact you once your order is ready for delivery, after that it should take roughly 1 hour to be at your door.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

Our Cape Town CBD store is open 7 days a week & is open every public holiday (except Good Friday & Christmas Day). So we are always open and able to deliver:

• Mondays – Saturdays: 09H00 – 19H00 for same day delivery.
• Sundays: 11H00 – 18H00 same day delivery.
• National deliveries orders are shipped between Mondays and Fridays.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS?

• Please fill out the “special instructions” field upon checking out your order.
• E.g: With specific delivery dates and times.
• Delivery dates and times for orders in the Northern & Southern Suburbs, as well as national orders cannot be guaranteed as we rely on third-party couriers.

CANCELLATIONS

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR, AND I WANT TO CANCEL IT?

• If the order has already left the store, and you would like to cancel it the fee is R150.
