.This tiny single block vineyard of Cinsault was planted in 1963 on decomposed granite soils and produced only 950kg of grapes. Whole bunch carbomic fermented in a small sealed tank for 20 days. Then transferred to a 600L vat. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, directly from the lees after 11 months in cask.
