With strong notes of maple, toffee and spice, this is a smooth yet punchy spirit that defies convention.

“10.5 years ago some beautiful Western Cape wine was distilled and barreled in the sleepy town of Grabouw. There it laid and softly rested. Maturing into a delectable, tart and rounded Cape Brandy over 10 summers and 10 winters before we adopted it into our seaside barrel room. In its new home, an old Tiny Batch barrel, we sang softly to it each night as is merged with the caramel and vanilla American oak for one final winter and one final summer. Now it’s finally bottled and you get to taste it.”
