Crystallum Litigo Pinot Noir

Crafted from vines at Crystallum’s Shaw’s Mountain vineyard, located just outside the Hemel en Aarde valley, Litigo—a wine co-created with lawyer Eben van Wyk—debuted in 2023. Its aroma is a blend of red plum, dried herbs, tomato leaf, and pine needle freshness, leading to flavors of red cherry, redcurrant, and light woodsmoke. On the palate, vibrant red fruits dominate with hints of sour cherry and dark chocolate, culminating in a finish that’s grippy, saline, and spicy.
