A small-batch rye from Chicago’s FEW distillery. Crafted from a blend of 70% Midwestern rye, 20% local corn and 10% two-row malted barley, and fermented with a wine yeast from France’s Loire Valley. Matured for at least 2 years in air-dried oak barrels. Bottled at 46.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Crisp grain with caramel and honey on the nose.

Palate: A luscious whiskey sweetness on the palate with spiciness that is accented by notes of pepper, ginger and vanilla.

Finish: The long, satisfying finish emphasises toasted oak, cherry, plum and pear flavours.

FEW Spirits is an American craft distillery based in Evanston, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. They pride themselves on producing everything from grain to glass; every aspect of the production of their spirits is done by them. They currently produce a range of award-winning gins and whiskies, all using ingredients sourced as local to the distillery as possible.
