Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart (750ml) is a rich, complex single malt from Orkney, launched in 2021 and aged in sherry-seasoned European/American oak and refill casks. Bottled at 44% ABV in a distinctive ceramic bottle, it features notes of crème brûlée, heather honey, cinnamon, and aromatic peat smoke.
