Inzalo Bourbon Barrel Agave Spirit 750ml

This spirit was rested for over 7 months in a 225L first fill Wild Turkey Bourbon barrel. The extended resting period at 64% alcohol allows for a gentle extraction of the caramel and spicey characters in the bourbon charred barrel without over-powering the fresh agave characters of the natural spirit. The resulting spirit yields an upfront spice of fresh chilis, burned caramel, sandalwood with the characteristic long and saline finish of the Inzalo Spirit.

Only 376 bottles produced from a single first fill Wild Turkey barrel. Extremely rare, collectable, and available now.
