Macaloney`s  Canadian Island Oaken Potstill Whiskey

A triple-distilled potstill whisky from the Macaloney’s Island Distillery in Canada. Distilled using traditional Irish methods and matured in select STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) Portuguese red wine barriques. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Apricot, papaya, pears, honey, oats and sherried fruitcake.

Palate: Full bodied, creamy and smooth, with cereal and a symphony of floral and fruit notes including roses, honey, nectarine, papaya, apricot, apples and candied orange.

Finish: A lingering oak finish layered with blackcurrant and wood spices.
