This particular vintage builds on the legacy, with a pronounced minerality that draws out a lingering finish on the palate. Powerful yet balanced, it shows exactly the kind of magic that can be achieved using grapes harvested from some of the best Provence terroirs. This is a wonderful wine to serve alongside all kinds of cuisines. Its earthy aftertaste is ideal for seafoods such as oysters, whelks, clams and anything you’ll find on a seafood platter. Fish ceviche and sushi, California rolls and grilled fish work just as well.
