Savage Are We There Yet Touriga/ Syrah 2021

The Savage Are We There Yet Touriga Syrah is 50% each of both grapes, a rare blend that really hits the spot.
The aromas are dark and alluring, with a mix of plum fruits, spicy notes and savoury tones, presenting a rich array of beautiful smells as soon as you open the bottle. Taking a sip, the wine is mouth coating and firm, with the acidity giving it some life and lift on the palate, while the prune and spice characters and supple tannins give it flavour and grip.
All up, this is a beautiful wine at an incredibly good price, showing that Duncan Savage is a winemaker to watch.
