Soul Barrel Fresh Nectar Cold IPA

Fresh Nectar Cold IPA is a unique edition of our hazy pale ale, a Cold IPA version!  This beer is fermented like a lager and hopped like an IPA.  We used wheat and pale malts, fermented cold for a clean, easy drinking and refreshing profile.  It was then dry hopped at 4C with El Dorado, Citra and Galena hops.  The result is a crisp, thirst quenching beer with big notes of peach and tropical fruit.
