Subtle, floral notes come through on the nose from wild jasmine, with hints of cinnamon. You pick up soft spicy notes on the palate, with sweetness throughout. Specific notes: warming from cardamom, cassia bark and coriander, with undertones of wild jasmine and citrus. The addition of tonic brings the jasmine and cardamom to the fore, without changing the nose. Recommended: Serve as a sipping gin, or neat over ice with a small amount of plain Indian tonic.
