It introduces a pioneering high‑gravity mash process—using less water and substantially more malt to create an intensely flavoured wort, producing an unprecedented new-make spirit packed with tropical esters
Maturation & ABV:
Matured in ex‑bourbon barrels
Bottled at 48.3% ABV, non-chill-filtered, and natural in colour.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: A vibrant blast of fruity esters—think smoked bubblegum, ripe barley, and toasted sourdough—underpinned by sweet peat smoke and tropical fruit bursts. Water deepens the peat smoke and enhances smokey fruit tones.

Palate: Rich, creamy, and lush, it offers bold peat and tar soot married with aniseed, clove, and muscovado sugar. Hints of toasted oak and charcoal infuse the palate with smoky intensity.
Finish: Near-infinite, with earthy peat moss, bonfire embers, and lingering charcoal warmth.
